Do you have any TY students who would like to work in the creative media or film industry?

Ireland offers a vast array of technical and skilled crew roles, and Screen Ireland wants to increase awareness of the breadth and depth of the several short- and long-term career choices that are accessible.

These seminars have been created by Createschool and are being offered in a limited number of invited schools on a first-come, first-served basis. These interactive sessions, which are a component of Screen Ireland's Next Generation Screen Ireland Programme, include talks, introspection, and hands-on activities.

Attending the programme doesn't require any prior filmmaking experience, but it could be beneficial for students who are interested in pursuing jobs in digital media, audio, art, or cinema, and any experienced students will get the chance to hone their already-developed film-producing skills as well as uncover hidden talents.

Workshops will be offered between now and mid-March 2024, with a maximum of one workshop per invited school. In each workshop, students can work together to create a short film or scene.

To learn more, please contact us as soon as possible if you're interested. There is a limit on the number of workshops available nationwide. Please provide your favourite days of the week and dates that are available.
