Parents/guardians, students and staff receive important push notifications about short-notice changes and urgent information straight to their mobile device. Registered and verified parents/staff will be able to submit digital forms in the coming weeks. Users who set up a profile can also chose for which news feeds they wish to receive push notifications. + Do I need to create a profile?
In order to be able to access certain content and process specific forms, you would need to register a profile on the app. We then verify your profile and grant you access to sections and content in the app specific to your user category (i.e. parents, students, staff etc.)
+ Can I use the app without a profile?
Yes - you can still benefit from most communication channels even without creating a profile. You will still be able to receive push notifications about news and events and access a lot of content on the app but for certain sections and to process certain forms, you would need to create a profile.
+ What happens after I create a profile?
We will verify your profile and credentials and then grant you access to the restricted content and forms based on your user profile (i.e. whether you are a parent, student or staff member)
