LCVP – Please select if you are an LCVP student for LC 2025.
For Irish, English & Maths, please select Higher, Ordinary or Foundation level.
For students with an Irish Exemption, please select Irish Exemption box.
For all other subjects, please select level, Higher or Ordinary, for the subjects you are studying for LC 2025.
If you are studying for any other subject for LC 2025 outside of school. PLEASE enter subject name in the selected box.
NB: Please be aware that any subject being studied externally that has a project based element cannot be signed off or verified by the school.
Please tick the box stating that you understand the subjects selected will be the subjects and levels entered for LC 2025. Enter name of Parent/Guardian who has witnessed choices made.
