Our 5th Year History Class and their teacher Mr. Colman O Driscoll visited the Michael Collins Centre in Clonakilty on the first stage of their War Of Independence Tour. They were then accompanied by the curator, Mr. Tim Crowley who took them by bus to Woodfield, Béal na Bláth and Kilmichael. Mr. Crowley an avid Historian gave them a fantastic talk at each location with our students and teacher contributing their own stories and family connections.
