The School Community would like to congratulate every Junior Cycle Student on their fantastic Junior Cycle Results and Profiles of Achievements yesterday. We would like to thank and acknowledge the work done by their teachers, SNA’s and Learning Support Staff. Congratulations to their Parents and Guardians and we thank them for their support over the last three years.
The Results were celebrated in the school with an Awards Ceremony in the Sports Hall where Parents, Teachers and Students were in attendance. Each student was called up and presented with a Folder containing their results and a Profile of Achievement which outlined their other areas of learning and contribution to school life over the last three years. Mr. O Mahony Principal, spoke about the significance of this mile stone and how it should be used to shape their future endeavours.
We would like to thank Mr. Patrick Hayes, JC Cordinator for organising the event. Many thanks to Mr. Conor Uhl, TY Coordinator. Many thanks to Ms. Colette Brennan, Music Dept. and the musicians for the entertainment. Many thanks also to the Home Ec. Dept. and the students who provided refreshments. We wish to also thank Ms. Mary Kelleher Fowler, Ms. Ciara Walsh and Ms. Margaret Maloney in the office for their admin support. Many thanks to the BAM Facilities Team for the hall layout.
