UCC are running an Information Evening on Tuesday, 21 March from 6pm to 7.30pm in the Aula Maxima, Main Quadrangle (building 59 on the UCC campus map).

This event is specifically for parents, guardians, and supporters of senior cycle students, to provide an overview and helpful insights into academic and student life at University College Cork. The evening will include short practical talks on how to prepare your sons and daughters for the transition to third level, information on finance and grants, and expert advice on degree choices and how they align with future careers.


With over 60 undergraduate degrees on offer, staff from the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences, College of Business and Law, College of Science, Engineering and Food Science and College of Medicine and Health will be available to answer your questions. There will also be an opportunity to chat with staff from our Disability Support (DARE)UCC Career Services, the Graduate Attributes Programme, the UCC Skills Centre and the Quercus Scholarship Programme.


Light refreshments will also be served.
