The TY Food and Hospitality and Home Economics classes had a visit from Michelin Star chef Rob Krawczyk from The Chestnut Restaurant in Ballydehob.
He spoke to them about his journey around the world learning from world famous chefs and what brought him back to beautiful west Cork. His advise is work hard and don’t always take the easy option. Sometimes you need to work for the experience rather than the money.
