Tragumna Threshing Committee were very thankful to Skibbereen Community School who organised volunteers for face painting last Sunday.
It was a hugely successful event that raised much needed funds for ACT at CUH and Breakthrough Cancer Research. Funds raised previously have benefited many local charities including Skibbereen Community Hospital Palliative Beds, West Cork Palliative Care Team, Skibbereen Community Day Centre, West Cork Rapid Response, The Crann Centre, Rnli and West Cork Down Syndrome.
The school are very proud of Mari Therese Cleary, Aoibhean Goulding, Teagan Stratford, Maeve Whooley and Su Turkan who gave up their time for such a worthy cause. Thanks to Órla O Sullivan and Paula McCarthy for organising.
