Mr. Alistair Harte and his Business Partner, Ms. Alice Cooper gave an excellent talk on health, nutrition and wellbeing to 5th Years today. Alistair and Alice run two successful gyms in Skibbereen and Clonakilty. Alistair recently won a European bodybuilder title. They both refused to accept any payment for their time and services today.
