We say goodbye to our Spanish friends from Madrid who depart tomorrow. 20 Students and their teachers Anna and Pilar experienced West Cork hospitality, culture and coastline (and weather for a week). They stayed with our Third years and their families. They went Kayaking with Mr. Keating on Lough Hyne, Hiking in Owenahincha with Mr. Murphy and surfing in Inchydoney with Mr. Hayes. They were a fantastic bunch to work with, extremely eager and cheerful. We wish them a safe trip home. We thank Ms. Sheane for organising the week and the aforementioned teachers and host families for all their help.
