The School Community were delighted to welcome all our visiting 6th class students from our neighbouring national schools. The students were given guided tours by our Mentoring Team of 4th and 5th Years. Our current first years were delighted to see old familiar faces and were also delighted to showcase our school. The 6th Class students were given class demonstrations in the various subject departments such as Art, Home Ec, Maths, Wood, Metal, PE to name but a few.
Lunches were provided in the canteen area where they also sampled the home baking that they helped prepare. Mr. O Mahony, Principal said a few words before everyone departed for their bus. Many thanks to all Students and Staff who made our visitors fell most welcome.
