5th Year Biology students went on an Ecology Field Trip to Fota Wildlife Park on Thursday March 16th. The students carried out a habitat study looking at both the biotic and abiotic factors that influenced the organisms present in it.
Despite the early start and not so pleasant weather students and teachers really enjoyed the day.
We were saddened to say goodbye to our Boston Exchange students and teachers, after a fabulous 10 days in Ireland.

They were made to feel very welcome by all the students.
An interesting discussion followed about the differences between American and Irish schools. We learned that we have many things in common.
We wish to thank Liz and Dave for coming into the class. Many students in the class expressed an interest in participating in this exchange in the future.
